Kyle is coming back for his second summer at Eastman's! We were sad to see him leave as he headed off to UNH to begin his freshman year, but we felt we did our part to prepare him! - Eddie!!! :)

We are excited to have him back as a seasoned veteran. We had many customers  come by to see Kyle before he left this fall.

Make sure to visit Kyle - test his fish knowledge - we'll see what he retained!

Ed Eastman is the co-owner and resident fisherman. On occasion, you'll catch him at a farmer's Market, but for a real chance to meet him, you need to be on the boat or in the market in the back watching him fillet!

Now often referred to as the Fish Lady, Carolyn is a co-owner  with her husband Ed. You'll find her handing out fish at the farmer's market and at the Fish Market in Seabrook Beach. Was she really thinking she would be playing golf? - so Naive!

Ginger brings a wealth of knowledge of different types of local fish- she's a local favorite in the market- if you come into the market and it appears as if no one is there- check again - you just  may not have seen her behind the fish case!
